These terms describe the basis on which BlackFox provides access to its VPN service, applications and member portal.

Membership

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and remain responsible for activity performed through your account and registered devices.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used to facilitate unlawful activity, interfere with networks or systems, distribute malicious content, or infringe the rights of others.

Subscriptions

Membership fees are charged through PayPal according to the billing cycle you select. Cancellation prevents future renewal and does not normally create a refund for a billing period already started.

Availability

BlackFox aims to provide a dependable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, access to every external service or identical performance from every location.
